It won't work

Ok, I click feral heart and the little black box pops up. it leaves, and then the Ogre Rendering system appears. I click ok and then it says: An exception has occured!
OGRE EXCEPTION(0:IOException): Cannot create settings file. in Root::saveConfig at c:\Ogre_161_tag\OgreMain\OgreRoot.cpp (line 329)

I've redownloaded it, reinstalled it, checked all the files and even scanned FH for viruses, but it won't go past the rendering system. Please help, it's really confusing.

Before re-installing, uninstall FH, and delete the folder. Then install again.

I forgot to delete the file before, it works perfectly now.
