Ashleigh, when we ask What kind of computer do you have, we need info about what Operating system do you use (ex: win XP, vista, 7, mac, etc.), what procesor (model, trademark, speed), how much RAM memory (sized in MB or GB, ex: 512MB), etc.
Give as much information as you can.

I have a laptop too, windows 7 as well. Whenever my computer ask's me there is a yes and no button =| not sure if i can be of much help

I use an HP Pavillion dv5, check in the corner of the laptop screen. The bottom right, if it says that than I can help out here.
