Feralheart file

Well, Whenever I'm trying to put markings, or Presets in a file...I click on Ferlaheart and it only says "FeralHeart" and "Uninstall Feralheart" I dont know what to do. Any help?

You need to go to "Computer" "C-drive" and then click "Feralheart" and everything will be in that folder. The start menu is just for shortcuts.
