No matter which method I use, it only sends me a password reset request. -and whenever I do so, the ticket is invalid.

This is what I get. Notice that the username is blank. Does this mean my account was deleted? If so, why isn't all traces of said account is still here?

Also on a similar (yet unrelated note), I can't log in game. I'm blaming my new router from Comcast. I can't even log in on Club Penguin (as a test). Either I have to adjust the settings on the router myself or get a new one. Can't use Wii features or DS features on it.

When Registration was closed, accounts inactive or had gone AWOL, were deleted. So, it is possible yours was deleted. Accs are deleted because of inactivity.
