I'm guessing it's a very strange glitch, which is probably similiar to that of Tigg's 'post count' I guess, which is "I am a geek!".

It happens when you reach 1337 posts on your post count.

So any user that reach this post count may be Leet for a few minutes since the forum changes the numbers to text as this is reached.
