Why is registration always closed?

My friend wants to join and registration is closed. Why is it always closed anyway?

because it seems like it. watch the website often to see if the registration opens. it will open sometime.

Check the website every hour to see if you can catch it open. Once it is open it will be open for I believe two hours my dear. Good luck hunting the registration down. ^^

The Registration opens randomly, there is no set time. It is to avoid flooding the game server which in turn reduces lag for other users and map crashes etc. Locking this thread.
