Forum Meeting Place
« on: April 30, 2016, 01:29:12 am »
Stone Bridge is the go-to place for meeting roleplay hosts and forum users. But it wasn't always SB.
When I first joined, and some time before, it was the N/Z at Flourite. I can't place exactly when it moved, but now N/Z is mostly vacant.

Why do you think it moved? Do you think it might move again soon? Where to?

My theory is that its just sliding down the hill. Soon the forum folk going to be in the water. Save them.

But yeah, I've noticed this. I just think its because there's a lot of activity at SB and the staff need to moderate over there, and most forum members usually follow them over there. If so, I'm not sure why it was at N/Z in the first place, but I definitely remember when N/Z was where all the Kewl Kats hung out.

Huh, I never really knew that ..... Sometimes I mostly meet people in the Tunnels - Bonfire Island nowadays since the places are becoming more and more packed at times. SB is like...the third most packed when it comes to the forum users depending on the time of day and so on and so forth...

Keep on traveling across this road called 'Life.'

When ever I go to SB I see less people there, but if I get on later I see a lot of people. I think it moved because I guess people like trying out different things, and I do remember when N/Z was crowded a lot, but I agree that it is empty.

I remember when N/Z was one of the main gathering areas. I'm not sure I remember how exactly that "meeting place" switched over to the Stone Bridge, but seeing as though it happened, it's certainly possible for it to happen again. I think some of the other staff members were joking about how interesting it would be if everyone suddenly gravitated toward some random tree in the Plains and see what would happen. cx

If you define yourself by the power to take life, the desire to dominate, to possess… then you have nothing.

It always seemed to fluctuate slightly I guess, but I'd say there's always been a substantial population at SB. Even when the N/Z was populated there always seemed to be a few at SB and a lot of mapped RPs at Cape Portal. Now that a lot of RP's have gone mapped though, I've seen more and more people at SB and less at N/Z and cape portal. Maybe that contributed to the switch of meeting places, I dunno. But it's interesting to see were people migrate to. c:

I wasn't around when everyone met up at N/Z, so this is quite a surprise to hear. But hey, maybe they moved because Stone Bridge was better? Idk...

I remember the whole N/Z spot, and it was awesome<3 I believe it switched over to Stone Bridge back in spring of 2014, but I'm not too sure

It's interesting to think about where the next "spot" will be, if it changes again
Farewell everyone<3

What's the N/Z spot? O.o in other words, what does it look like?

Basically where the portal to Ficho is. If you look at the minimap/heightmap, you'll notice that those hills take the shape of an N or a Z, and that's how the area was named .0.
Farewell everyone<3
