(SOLVED) Default Interface?

Hey, I have downloaded a interfere mod last week, and it seemed to merge with the previous one I had. Since this is getting annoying, is there any way to get the default interface back? Like, a download to get the default interface textures without redownloading the whole game?

It's always best to create a back up your files before installing new things, try to remember that in future

You could always reinstall using an existing installation located where your downloaded files are saved. That should restore everything but may remove any other installed mods such as markings, fur textures and object modifications. I'm not certain if maps or meshes would remain.

Or you could try this easier and less stressful solution and download the interface from my computer ^^
