There is no link, you right-click the image and click "save image as..."

You right click on the images themselves, click 'Save Image As', and then save them to where ever you want on your computer.

First of all, this thread might be a bit old, but just months really. meh.
Second of all, look at the posts above you. They explain it, and you have to know the codes you need to change in a preset, really.
