Game Help / Cant connect to any maps?

Is it because the server is still down? I have tried logging into many different maps, including both private ones and ones like fluorite planes. Every time the loading screen comes up, loads partially, but then it says it can't connect to the map. My internet connection is fine. help?

I have had multiple people try to send me a private message, and I am not receiving any of them. It doesn't even show my sent messages.. can anyone help me here?

Hey! So I'm new here, just started playing FH 
Love it so far... Is there anything fun in the game I should know about? I'm pretty stoked about the roleplay groups, but can't seem to find one where someone will actually reply to my application
