Ok...
So I was going on character reset and then I typed in the correct username and password and then I pressed enter and then the username and password disapeared. How weird is that?

The username and password could have disappeared because the page could have been loading onto the character reset page. If that wasn't the case, then instead of pressing the enter button, click the log in button.

The page was fully loaded. And I did press log in as well but it did not work...

Tried refreshing the page? also try typing feral-heart.com instead of the www. I've heard it helps..

It could be just the type of internet browser you are using as well. But when trying to log in for this try to load up your in Compatibility view to see if that helps at all

Yeah I am using my psvita at the moment. Anyways thank you guys. Oh now its working. I typed in my password first and then my username! Genius Wolfie strikes again!
