Site/Forum Help / registration issues?

me and my cousin used to play hide and seek on FH but her account can't be used anymore cause of the space in her name. She made an attempt to change the username and it doesn't work, it just refreshes the page.
I caught registration open late late last night and tried to make a new account for her and was greeted with this error
i was like uhhhh okay guess i'll try again? then i was hit with this
i thought maybe it was because i was on mobile but a friend of mine in my discord server went to register and got the same issue
im not sure what this means?? is it an issue with gmail? I'm not hearing about it from anyone else in the forums so it might just be a problem on my end but I'm not sure on how to fix this (if i can). the github page is crowded and hard to understand. explanation/help would be greatly appreciated
