Charater Reset

I click charater reset when on of my chars is trapped in FP. Oh god.. -.-. Anyway, I click the charater reset, enter Star123 in username and in password, my password. Shows a little loading sign and it still is on charater reset, but Username and Password bar empty. Is this a glitch? Am I entering it incorrectly even I re-checked like.. 50 times..?

Sometimes the security on your computer may block some content from the page, as mine does, not sure how you'd get around that though except for the fact that you'll have to turn your security off or something.
