Rising Smoke/Sky Nebula.

Does anyone know where to get rising smoke for maps? It's the smoke in Ba'al's Lair in the Darklore Territories. I'd love to use it for the hot tub in my map. :D Also, how do I get the nebula into my sky? I'm completely lost. ._.

Usually directions come with this kinds of things, are you sure there isn't a readme in there, or any notepad document that tells you how?
