Activation

So, my sister and I caught the registration right as it was closing and I managed to make my account, but her? Well for some reason she never received her activation email. I'm not sure what went wrong, but she emailed the activation email thing to try and get it activated. How long does it take to get it activated when you email that address? We'd really like to get playing.

If she was signing up with her account just after the Registration closed, this could be the issue as to why she hasn't received the activation link and her account hasn't been activated. If she has e-mailed the activation e-mail ([email protected]), it can take up to 48 hours to receive a reply.

Well we had managed to click register a couple of minutes (ten maybe?) before, and we refreshed multiple times, but never received it.

Well if you haven't already , then trying what Warriorstrike suggested might work.
Sometimes you have to activate it the moment registration is opened or else you would have to wait. ( At least that's where I have read this from , could have been updated ). But yes, if nothing happens within 48hours, you might have to wait until registration is opened & try again. Hopefully something will get sorted out soon ~?

Okay I guess we should check her email over the next two days. If worst comes to worst we'll wait for the next registration to open.

It's been two days now and still no email. Would it help to try sending another email, or just give up and wait for registration to open again?

You can try contacting one of the MODs and seeing what's up unless you want to send another e-mail. If all else fails , waiting for registration to open will be the way to go it seems.
