wait, even if its your own map, do you still put the files in the right place, like sky files in the sky folder? or just leave them in exports?

i made my first custom map, and i put the files in the export folder, the portal appears in the cape of distant worlds, but it doesnt have a name and it says cannot find map file. i looked at a tutorial, and it confused me a bit. I was wondering if anyone could help me, I would really appreciate it.

when i downloaded the mappack it did this because i didnt put the files in the right place, so i uninstalled feral heart and re-installed it, and it works fine now hope this helps

well, ive never downloaded maps before, so im not really sure where to put the map files. when it downloaded, i put the FHmaps folder in the feralhearts folder, but then i read that you put them in the exports folder, and thats when it messed up.
