I have the same problem, but for me it also keeps me from accessing any pages of the website for many weeks. It suddenly works again, being able to access both game and website, for about two days before "locking" me out again.

There is a possible chance of fh not recognizing your internet connection for some strange reason. I don't know how to fix that but I hope this at least identifies the problem for someone who does~

As far i see, this is a problem related with the computer configuration. I could not suggest anything easy than the all already suggested.
When i have a problem like that and i cannot solve it, i end by making a wipe out of the computer.

i have this problem when my comp lags out, but to fix it i simply close it out, open it back up and it works.
When it doesnt work i close it out go to youtube for a while then go back and it will have fixed.
Only on rare ecashions do i have to restart my comp, but it has happened.
