Getting to the point...
My internet connection was down earlier today, but I wanted to get in game. So I started up Minecraft and instead of the button saying "Play" it said "Play Offline". So I clicked it and went into one of my worlds. But that brought on an idea.
My idea is: What if there was some sort of "Offline Mode" for players who cant connect to the internet? Let me explain abit.
A player has no internet connection and decides to play FH in a mode called "Offline Mode", which would mean that their pc cant connect. So they click "Play Offline" somewhat like Minecraft and they are given two options.
One: Play in your Custom maps [which is self explanatory.]
Two: Play in Public maps [I explain below.]
Option two would let you explore the public maps, but there won't be any players. So the public maps like Fluorite Plains would be like private maps that only you are allowed into. The friends + groups list wouldn't be there because you need internet to join a group or see whose on.
You can chat, but you will be by yourself. You would still get all your characters to choose from in the start also. It's like a private server where only you're on.
What do you think?
Idk. I'll add more if anyone asks.
