Make sure you're actually logging onto your other account first- presets save via your username. Also, make sure you log in the same way everytime. For example, if I exported a preset using "alphaeclipse," I would not see them if I logged on with "AlphaEclipse." Lastely, I have heard in the past that if your username has the "~" symbol, remove it and then export it, however I'm not sure if that is proven true or not, but it's worth a shot.
