Finished your preset, Kum0ri! Is there anything that needs to be changed/modified? I didn't use a glowing script, only brightened the blue a bit so it gave a "glowing" design.

well I have a couple features of her that I completely forgot to mention!, she has a very scruffy fur texture and the insides of a couple of the spots have a galaxy in them
 
and the blue sort of glows. Her mouth is also blue, her left eye is blind with a scar like the tlk ones haha (not intentional!) her paw pads are also the same color as her blue on her fur. Her right eye is a darker blue, not all the spots are galaxy though... sorry for not specifying
