Can't reach front server?

Well you could give that link I sent a go just in case. Also, if you're the only one that has been experiencing this problem then it might be something with how your computer is connecting to the server.

My IP is the same as the one on the bottom right of my reply box..

The link is not working, I got my IP address but can not install the items from the link.

Now it can't connect to the map server....

Is the program being allowed through? ( Like anti-virus or some other software that normally scans FH? )

Is your proxies off & if you can, can you see if you can log into the game using a mobile device or even a mobile hotspot?

Yes it is.

How do I turn proxies off or know if they are on?

Click the tools button and then select internet options.

You'll then click the connections tab and select the one that says LAN settings

Then you'll uncheck the the proxy server ( if it's checked ). And then just hit okay until you return to your internet browser.

Now I can't even get to my characters.

Simply reset their homes and then send them home via user panel when you log into the yellow box c:
