Can't reach front server?

I have the tab active and logged into every time yes.

Okay, I got it back, just had to use Utorrent. I can't reach the front server again. Gah!
I have AVG I just don't think its actually active, I havent scanned in almost a year according to it..

Make sure to do a scan if you haven't already. As far as not being able to reach the front server, there's also a chance that your internet might be too slow for the game. And if not that, if you have a lot of things on your computer, it might not have the memory for it. If you have a lot of games on it, I would suggest removing one and seeing if you have any luck. Also a lot of the time it takes multiple tries to get online. You have to log into both the play game tab and the game itself, sometimes you have to keep logging into the actual game before it finally lets you on.

How do I try logging in as an administrator? This is getting really frustrating because I don't understand computers well and my dad isn't home for the next few days. Lol.

Just right click the feral-heart icon and click Run as administrator.

Now I would suggest trying to reset the chars home and sending them home again to see if it works. It might work this time.

Finally can get in... But, everything is black except my character?

Make sure you have reset your character's homes and then sent them home via user panel. It could be that they're in a map that no longer exists ~

I can't get into the user panel. It's just refreshing the page and makes me log in again.
