So, I've made my skeleton wolf mask. But, I can only do interlace when I save it as GIF. How can I save it as PNG and interlace at the same time? I used GIMP for this. And I have a Windows 8

You should have a option to save it as a png file. unless they updated it and can't. Would help to see what options you have.
