I am curious as too why I have been ban, because I have done no such thing as for breaking any rules that I know of. Unless this is a glitch, then I'd appreciate it if it could be fixed.

Personality: Generally friendly, stubborn, Lacks in social skills, Does not think before she does, Dislikes water, quick minded, May sometimes speak her thoughts aloud. -That's really all I can put for now, she needs a little more work.
About: Born to a rogue female, Was a rogue and still is until she is accepted into a pride. Her mother died of an unknown disease. Has gained three scars on the right side of her face, from another rogue. Then went blind in her right eye at the age of 7.

No not her email, she enters it correctly~
Its entering the token, She has copied and pasted, typed it in etc. and it will still redirect her to the same page say it's an invalid token.

That is what I'm trying to explain, She sends an email to receive a token to get her password, but each time she enters it. it says 'invalid token'

Alright, a friend of mine that I used to play feralheart with has just messaged me on facebook that she doesn't remember her password. And has done all the requirements to submit the token, but it only ends up with 'invalid token'. She asked me if I post asking for help, is there anyway to fix the 'invalid token' situation?
