Game Help / Bio

How can I get my character bio to stay put? Every time I make the bio it deletes itself when I log off, go into another portal, FH+ or regular FH or it just deletes itself. The bio is pretty long and I'm getting really tired of having to retype it. How can I make the bio stay put. I'm assuming its a glitch but i'm also assuming there could be a way around it. If anyone can help that'd be real nice.

Game Help / Getting To Your Map

Okay so I've downloaded maps and everytime I do I can never find a portal when I get to the Cape of Distant Worlds. I never got the chance to download the mappack(don't know if you need that to download other maps). What am I doing wrong? I put my map downloads in exports, and I have tried unzipping them as well as keeping them zipped.

So I changed one of my characters completely(name, looks, everything) and logged onto the game to play. The character stayed until the server came back up. Now I have the character before my new one there. What happened?

Hmm... I'm able to log on and pick my character fine but I can't get to actual game play. It just stays on the loading screen with a picture of art... Tried four times and waited around 10 minutes each time.

Bad connection or is something up?

I just downloaded the game yesterday morning. All was fine and I just got kicked off and it says I need to download a new patch to get back on. It also says I cannot connect to the main server. I downloaded the patch and nothing happened. It still says I need to download the new patch.

What do I do?

How long does it usually take to create a character? I've been waiting for 15 minutes for it to load. After I'm finished and I press OK the creating page comes up but it doesn't go anywhere after that. I've pressed back and tried again but I just had to start over and now I'm stuck waiting on the creating page again.
