Help please

OK. So yesturday I found this iste, loved it at first site. Then registered for an account and downloaded feralheart...my account was conformed. But when I try to log on to the download, it says incorrect username or password..what should I do.

Same problem here!  I read the help section and still have a problem logging on to the game.  Maybe I'm not getting the Capital letter thing with the log on?

If you follow the help thread, it should work for you. try changing your password. Make sure it's no numbers and you're not using the number pad.

Yes, numbers could cause problems.

Is there anyway to delete my account and make a new one without emailing or pm the administrator?

To delete your account go to your profile and sift through those settings, there is a way through there.
