MAP QUESTION - PRETTY PLEASE ANSWER!

Okay, so. I'm making a map. My problem, is that, there's only three colors for the mask right? Well, I need five textures. I'm making a element map. The four elements, and I need these five textures in it: Water, Lava, Stone/Lava, Lush grass and yellow grass. Is it possible to do that with three colors for the terrain mask? If so, how? If not, I guess I'm gonna have to stick with 3 huh.

When I'm done, I'm probably making it for an RP, you could join if you want. The RP is elemental dragons. There's four countries and the gathering place. It's going to be epic. If only I knew how to get my map in download. But, oh well, I'll figure that out if, and when I get my map finished.

Thanks. Um, question, how do I change it from grayscale to the red,green,blue colors? Cuz, I just started using GIMP, and I have no idea how to do that

Click the image tab at the top and click mode and you can change it from RGB to grey scale there.
