Barely able to get into Flourite Plains + no portal for Last Cave

Has anyone else been having a problem getting into the plains? All the other areas work just fine for me, but I was only able to get into the plains once and I really don't wanna have to keep recreating my character to get in. Also the portal for the Last Cave isn't there, but the rest are. Help?

Okay what you need to do is, Reset you Character

If the map you're in is full, and you want to get onto the game anyway..
You can reset your character by logging onto the yellow box on the website.

When it comes to the Last Cave portal, are you sure you haven't been looking at the wrong place?
