Samantha, first, do you have a mac? I may be able to help you if you have a mac. Second, it's not the servers, I've considered it, but we just wouldn't be able to get onto the game itself and log in. Try re-downloading the installer, that might help.
My theory is there might be a bug in the installer. The problem me and Samantha are having just happened to me again, so I deleted the installer and the game files, and tried to re-download the installer again. Now, usually, it'll ask me to open the application, warning me that's from an unknown source. I click yes. Doesn't even ask for me to install wineskin. I have my firewalls down, so it's not that...
