Larger maps?

Hi! I've looked around but I honestly can't find it. Haha. How do you make maps larger than 513x513. I've seem requests come as 7000x7000 and I'm honestly confused. Is there a certain program you need to download?

Maps aren't 513x513, that's just the height map size. If you go to the "World" tab in map maker, you can change the "Width" which is the map's size.

Well wen i make my maps size bigger with my heightmap in it all the high mountains or hill things go shorter and fatter. If u changed the 513x513 to a bigger number can it stop that do u reckon?

If it does that, your changing the width. Try moving the height up more too
