I've tried deleting the entire FeralHeart folder and re-installing over and over again, and I even checked the Particle Folder to see if "Steamy" was in there, but there was no steamy.

1) did you only check the filenames or the stuff the files had inside too?
2) Look into my_objects.
3) It _may_ be that the other steamy particle is hidden in the exported object list files. I don't know if that is possible, though.
