Torrent for ground & water?

I cant see the ground or water.

I have tried  re- installing

I have the new patch

Should I try downloading the torrent?

If you have any other sugestions please tell me! Pretty please with sugar on top post so I can fix the problem

Change the rendering system.
1) Click options button or press esc key ingame
2)video>rendering subsystem>the one that isn't selected (most likely Direct3D)
3) Restart game.
