I can't log in , please help

I was playing the game (two weeks ago) . And now I can't log in. I need to download the latest patch. I download something but I still can't play... Where is the latest patch? Please help!

^Yup! Also, I would download it, not torrent it, people where having problems with the Torrent. 83
