Random white blocks of death?

All across the forum, the sections are white... Is this just happening for the site in general or is my computer freaking out o___o nothing is coming up when i scan my computer for virus's? Any ideas. Will post pictures... It is so bizzare and it hurts my eyes xD

If a plain restart of the web browser doesn't cut it, there might be something that has to do with the compatibility mode being turned on. I think other users has experienced this thing before, and by turning it off, it went back to normal.

If you use internet explorer you should be able to access the menus that holds the settings for it with "alt" key me think.
