Links Thing

I've noticed on this forum that people can put a link but they do it so instead of the standard "www.examplelinkhur.com" it shows as "Lions" or whatever they want it to show up as.
I remember being able to do this on a different website, but I've forgotten the code on how to do it and the things I've tried on how to do this don't work here.

Can someone tell me the code for it?
(Also hope my description of what I want isn't too confusing, I'm not that good at explaining things.)
