Inserting Pictures Into Forum Topic?

Do you HAVE to have a link for the picture you want to have in your topic? Or can you somhow upload pictures from your computer?

Basically, to put pictures in your started topics (or any post on the forum), you do the exact same thing you did when you posted that picture in your signature.

Put simply, upload your picture to Tinypic.com or another photo-sharing site, then paste the IMG code into the post, and it should appear when you hit Preview. c:
