Mkay, she received an email saying it will be activated shortly. Not sure how long but hopefully soon. Thank you so much guys for helping me to help my friend. Really appreciate it.

Glad to hear that she has received the email! Her account should be activated within a few days, but if it becomes weeks and her account still isn't activated, feel free to resend the email to the [email protected]. I'll go ahead and lock this, since she has now received sign that her account will be activated. c:
