i usually go to sleep at 8am every night, and wake up for work at 9, 10:30, or 12:30, if i dont work ill sleep until 6pm. i usually go a day or two without sleeping at least once a week though.

every default object and its sister. literally only default. height map only worked 50% of the time too.

hey! threw something together for you based on the things you were looking for : )
youll have to change the file to grayscale and possibly resize it (not sure if the size changed when I uploaded it!)
feel free to change anything around, n no credit needed! hope it works!
