(PROBLEM WITH VISUALS?) Updating your graphic cards drivers!

I'm at the part where I am finding out what my graphic card type is, and it isn't an AMI ATI or a Vvidia (Or whatever those were called) In fact, I don't know what it is. It says PNP Device ID or something, and I'm really confused but my graphical FH glitches aren't going away and I really need help!

You really sure you followed the tut correctly, Dxdiag should tell you the name of the card.

If it doesn't even give out a name as that one I'm not even sure the tut serves much purpose.

WAAAAHHHH!! Red-sama please help me. I'm having the black gitch issues where everything is black and I can't see anything minus the players. am new to this game and I really wanted to try it causei play wolf quest and this game looked like a lot of fun. I hav a 32 bit in vista computer ad sice I am not good at this technical lingo here is the info on my graphic card driver:

Is it black as in EVERYTHING except the players or is it everything as in the ground and objects?

Thing is, if it's everything around you, and there's no sky, no ground, no nothing, just people running around. Then I'd actually suggest you to download the game+ the patch via torrent. Uninstall the current game you have, and then reinstall with the working ones.

If that fails I'd suggest you to take a look here.

Go into the options menu and try changing the rendering submode to Direct3D9. Restart the game, and see if there's any changes.

It all depends on how the game looks when you try to play it.

I'm having troubles as far as I can't uninstall the ATI Display Driver, it always come up with a little box that says 'Error Initializing.' and only gives me the option to say 'Ok'. How do I fix this? xD Sorry to be a pain if I am~

for that graphic card thing, i can't find it, i found the system type but i can't find the graphic card and wont be able to play the game without it... (the background is completely black)

Im not sure if this is the right place to post this but, when I tried to run FH, it brought me to that screen where you can select the OpenGL or the Direct3D9, but OpenGL is the only option, and whenever I select that option and FH suddenly send me the message "Feral Heart has stopped working" and FH just shuts down. Can you help me fix this?

Ok, i followed everything it said to do, it thankfully fixed problem I had earlier, but now everything is black, yes, I have read everything I could over that problem, since nothing worked, should I just buy a newer computer?
