Game Help / Issue with logging into account

So, I have my old account that I made a year or two ago. I have now primarily moved into this account, but I'd still like to use my old one. I had forgotten the pass, so I changed it. However, now that I try to log in with that account in the forums or to play the game, it says that the account hasn't been approved yet. I can log into the site with those details though. I thought that it was just some verification issue, so I emailed [email protected] with the email I used on that account and I recieved a reply, but multiple hours later (this was last night), the account still is not working. Is it because I changed my password while registration wasn't open or is it some other issue?
