Socially Inept: Due to little socialization, he won't say a word to anyone unless he is spoken to first. And even then, he has issues speaking. Like stumbling over words, or fading out in the middle of sentences. He will even freeze up or sneak away in social situations. There is no getting him out of this state, unless one of his close friends or liked family member talks to him.

And even paranoid about touching insects or prey due to the fear of being bitten or poisoned by something. He feels as if someone is out to get him all the time and he doesn't know who it is.

This included the pack being attacked by some unknown force, or attacked by another pack that is stronger than them. He is also worried about being attacked himself.He listens almost too closely at everything and has an issue with watching others.

He didn't know why he was attacked, there was no scent that lined a border or anything. He believes it's the area that just summoned some type of evil pack.

At least, that's what he thinks about it. He doesn't want to be friends with someone, then find out they're just there to get information.

This includes higher ranks. He will continually step back and ignore them until they request it in a respectful way.

Appearance
Dark grey, thick pelt. He has some of the the markings of a basenji and the pelt and build of a wolf. His markings are a reddish brown, almost dark orange in color. His eyes are a silvery green color. He also has a white mane. His tongue is forked like a snake due to a scar from a fight. He had bitten his own tongue and it got swollen and ripped like that.

Pestilence was born into a small pack, though they weren't the most sane pack in the world. They raised their pups to be rude and sarcastic to everyone. But Pestilence took it more seriously than it originally was. But the pack had no specific order to follow. So everything was pretty chaotic. Pestilence had his fair share of fights, but has no serious scars from it. Other than he is triggered to fight easily and won't give in until his appoint the gives up or dies. Or if he dies himself. He takes this as a weakness. He is doing his best to get it under control. It's better than it was. But, later the pack was attacked while they were moving to a new densite. As soon as the alpha's dying cries were heard, the pack scattered. Nobody knew where to go or what to do. Pestilence and his sister, Famine, were left in the middle of the chaos. But they were eventually separated while also trying to run from the attacking pack.
Being only a adolescent at 1 year, he had trouble taking care of himself. No pack wanted to take him in, other than one. This pack was called Mirage. It had a lot of problems going on with it. One of the wolves, Raven had some cannibalistic problems and would go out hunting for the bodies of dead canines. Which one day, one of the pack's members, Scruffy found her burying the remains of a wolf Raven had found. Pestilence, being the pack's Shaman, had to observe the body and decided to make it seem as though Raven was innocent. But he wasn't to do this without payment. He later poisoned the lower ranked female because she had tried getting him exiled. The reason for it he doesn't know. But after this, he left the pack on his own to find a new one. One that may actually have some sane members in it. Not that anyone was truly sane, but at least more so than his past packs.

Personality
Rosco is very hard to get close to. He doesn't really like to talk to strangers, which makes it hard for him to make friends. At best he'll usually hang around 2 or 3 people, he's not a complete loner. Though most of the time he is alone...
If you get lucky enough to be one of those close friends, he comes out of that black hole he hides an and actually talks. Other than those two word responses he usually gives people.
If you somehow make him hate you, well you can just stop right there. Though he'll most likely just ignore your existence, he is secretly planning your death. But to piss him off that badly takes a lot.
History
Rosco grew up in Georgia. But his mother named him after the town she came from, Kinda stupid right? Thats why when she died when he was 4 years old, his father changed his name to something more reasonable. He was named after his grandfather.
Though he grew up around a lot of people, he never really wanted to be near many people. He always felt like he was different. Probably because he was in a normal school. Nobody had the same power. He was always afraid of being teased about it. Of all animals why would he be a chihuahua? And a small chihuahua at that.
But he didn't know (And still doesn't) that he could shift into a cat as well. He learns that later on.

Positive
Friendly - This is only to other canines he trusts or knows well. He won't be social or friendly to strangers. But he also won't judge them right away unless they put a bad impression on him. But he won't trust right away either, it takes time.
Loyal- Due to being abandoned by his brother, he will stay loyal to the ones he trusts and considers family. Unless his trust has been broken somehow.
Patient- Because he dealt with dogs a lot of his life, he is patient with younger wolves. But he won't tolerate being yelled at or dominated. But doesn't mean he'll fight.
Alert- Being paranoid almost all the time eventually makes you pay attention to your surroundings more. But paying attention to your surroundings more than whoever you are talking to doesn't make you look good.

Protective- Only over friends and wolves he considers family. But sometimes things can go too far.
Paranoid- He will always be glancing behind him or around if he is with someone. Just that feeling of being watched all the time.
Quiet- Being quiet can be a good thing. But only to a certain degree. He is quiet to the point where if there are a group of wolves talking among themselves, he won't talk at all and just listen.

Doesn't Pay Much Attention- This is for training or lessons. He will be too busy looking around and listening to other things that if he isn't reminded of his mentor's presence, he won't pay attention. Unless the topic is interesting.
History
Andre grew up in a poaching camp, but was born in the wild. Most of his pack was killed by illegal hunters, leaving his brother, Javier, and himself alone when they were young. The hunters obviously left them alive and sold them to a false wildlife preserve.
They had put a blue collar on him and a dark green collar on his brother to tell them apart, but they never changed the collars. As far as Andre knows, Javier still has his collar. But when Andre got older and his collar no longer fit, the humans tied a thin rope on the collar to make it fit him. Which only made it eventually cut deeper into his neck.
Of course it got infected after the camp was closed down and all the animals were left behind. But he somehow got the collar off by cutting it on a low tree branch. But it took a little bit to actually come off because his flesh tried healing over it.
While the two were wandering around alone, they accidentally came into a pack's territory. Because of the scars on their bodies, which looked obvious that they were previously infected. That pack's healer, or in their ranks she was called a Shaman, would meet them outside of the territory and teach them about some of the herbs. But because she didn't have much time, they only got some of the information on herbs. But since then, Andre has wanted some kind of medical training, which he knows he can't really get.
After a while, he and his brother found a new pack. But unfortunately it was a dog pack. There were a couple other wolves, but they never spoke to one another. Andre stayed distant from everyone in the pack other than a Doberman Pinscher named Iron. But she left the pack because she was kind of an outcast, but she was welcome back and allowed to visit at times.
Andre took up the Hunter III rank, as did his brother. But because of his brother's weakness, he was easily manipulated into doing the dirty work for 'bad' members of the pack. This got him exiled. (Though I say he was exiled when I actually just left the group on that character XD)
After that, Andre took the Warrior III rank for a while, though he isn't very good at fighting. This is when he got close with Iron(who had taken the nickname to, Rage due to some memories of her siblings teasing her about her irritable nature). But he left soon after she did. And they were separated in a flood and haven't found each other since.
Soon enough, he found a new pack. This pack was called Misted Mountains of Old. From the start he doubted himself a little bit. But he didn't really doubt anything until he majorly began screwing up. He would always leave for days on end, ditch training lessons and give stupid excuses for things. But then he began giving the Torva(Alpha) a bad time. Giving her sarcastic remarks or just being rude in general. He didn't decide to leave until one of the wolves he considered a friend in the pack couldn't stand him anymore. He was going to tell the Torva that he wanted to leave, but that was when she banned him.
Soon after being banned from Misted Mountains of Old, he made his way to a place called Autumn City. This is where he was reunited with his pup, but he wasn't the same as before. He had been captured and used for fighting, so as soon as he saw him, he attacked. Not wanting to fight, Andre ran from him, not realizing that he was heading to one of the busy roads. All he remembers from that incident is screeching and immense pain.
Later he woke up in some sort of cage. He couldn't feel pain. Actually, he couldn't feel his back legs at all. He then began to panic. When he was going to be taken out of the cage, the humans were forced to muzzle him.
Now that he has no feeling in his back legs, and one of his front legs is broken, he will never be able to walk normally again.
Because the damage the infection caused, his voice can get scratchy and quiet.
