The report button is not frequently checked as often as staff check their inboxes, and the report button is harder to use than just popping a moderator a message. Contacting us from the page Bloo linked above is the best and quickest response you will get. If you want the quickest response, try contacting a moderator or global moderator.
I've read over the issue, and I will bring this to Raz's attention so that he can look into fixing it so that no one can view user e-mails if you have set it so that your e-mail is not visible via your profile. In the meantime, what I would suggest is to change your e-mail to a spare/side e-mail address that doesn't contain any personal information, such as your real name. Generally, I would use one that you aren't worried about having any ties to personal usage, but make sure that it's still active, or else this could cause troubles for your account later on.
