Game Help / Default rocks and dens HELP :(

I accidentally deleted my default rocks and Den. Is there anyway to get them back without re-downloading the game? They are not in my recycling bin either. HELP PLEASEEEEE

I'm sorry I do not know where to put this but I feel the need to Thank you guys for your hard work. I know a lot of people have been driving staff crazy(including me XD) once again thanks guys for all your hard work!!!!
