Please do not enter Eastern Pass or Seaside Grove as they are currently down.

If you have entered by accident or have left a character in the map prior to it's crashing that you wish to recover, you can do so through the User Panel on the Home Page. Simply just log into it with your normal account information, find your character, then click Go Home. Your character should be sent back to Lonely Cave.

Unfortunately I have no ETA of when they will be back up again. Please bear with us as I have informed our server master of this issue. He is unfortunately very busy and will get to it when he is able.

Unfortunately, we cannot change those account specifics without Raz helping us out. Only he has the ability to do that from the server-side, and sadly, the chances of him taking a moment to make a small change like this is very close to zero. He's a rather busy guy and it's rare of him to set aside time to do considerably "small" things unless it's an emergency.

I'm going to assume you've already tried logging into the account with different browsers and your phone. If not, I would attempt that rout as sometimes this site can have an absolute fit with allowing you to log in.

If you'd like, you can PM me the email+username in question and I can do a search just to see what pops up for you.

Aside from that there's really nothing I can do for you unfortunately. I can, however, make a note of this request for the future whenever I can catch Raz in a free moment, if that ever happens. It's small but it's the least I can do considering there's nothing else.

You're good! In all technicality, this would be best suited in Game Suggestions & Ideas, so I'll go ahead and move this there =)

Unfortunately, the preset sync hasn't worked for years. There were plans to get it back up and running for 1.17, however, those plans fell through due to complications within the dev team at the time. Because of that our focus was shifted to things that were more important.

As it stands now there are no immediate plans to get it working for 1.17 as we are (slowly) working on an update for the game. This update will undoubtedly include multiple long over due fixes and tuneups, on top of a bundle of other things I cannot disclose yet. With that, I can say that with this update the possibility for a new preset sync is on the high end.

Also, the character in your signature looks awfully familiar lol

Hello! Sorry to hear Eastern has eaten your character. Unfortunately Eastern is currently down and we are waiting for our server master to reset the map.

Thankfully, you can recover your character through the User Panel on the Home Page. Simply just log into it with your normal account information, find your character, then click Go Home. Your character should be sent back to Lonely Cave. Let me know if you run into any further issues!

Nope, you are a-ok! No need to apologize =) Don't fret, I do have an alternate way of downloading it all since I know it tends to be fussy.

So, super easy and simple, this is a link to a google drive download that contains a vanilla FeralHeart folder with the new .exe already installed. Here's the link: Linkie

All you need to do is extract the FeralHeart folder onto your desktop or wherever you want the folder to be and everything should open just fine.

If you need anymore help lemme know!

Hello! This kind of inquiry should go into the main Game Help board as it's own thread. I've went ahead and split your post into it's own thread and moved it there =)

So when it says you need to download the new patch, it's referring to a hot fix our server master had to implement awhile ago. Unfortunately he's not had the time to fix the installer to have the correct executable. To get the hot fix, all you need to do is download the 1.17a FeralHeart.exe. Here's a reference image for which one to look for:



After downloading it, simply go into your FeralHeart folder, delete the FeralHeart.exe that is already in there, and move the new .exe you just downloaded into the folder. You should be able to log into the game just fine. Also don't forget to use the Play Game tab or you won't be able to connect.
