Game Help / FeralHeart Windows 10 help(Fixed)

I just got Windows 10 a few days ago but I recently noticed Feralheart doesn't work. Soon as I boot it up, it crashes immidieantly. I tryed scanning and nothing related to the program appeared as a virus. Also tryed running it as administrator as well. Now I'm just not sure what I can do, any help I can get?

Today,the Pokemon company after a long wait decided to announce that remakes are comfirmed.The video was posted by the company channel itself,so it's legit.Check it out:

Game Help / Connection Problem.

This is for a friend,that can't even get to the site or game.She attempted to post this herself,but FH won't let her.So This is what she said:

"The connection problems started today and only today. I checked my firewall, which allows FH to have connection. I've checked my anti-virus programs. I've re-installed the game, resetted the internet multiple times-- I've tried basically everything. I do get into the game, but I'm only on for under ten minutes. My internet is perfect, but I'm getting the feeling it's FH-- NOT MY INTERNET."

Any ideas on how to help er'..?

Edit: The problem has been solved,it seemed as if it was only a connecting to FH issue on her side.
