Feral Heart

So today I logged on after crashing, and the FH window closed. I then relogged on and chose the same character, but it was like I was spectating another player, yet I could control their movement while they could as well. People saw me in game as three question marks for my name, and the person I was would have their mouth move when I would type a message, like it was my character. I'm not sure what happened but it was really weird. Anyone know what happened?
