new Markings won't show!

I know the game had a new update so I uninstalled the old Feralheart
and installed the new one and the patch but when I logged on I saw a few of characters in game were WHITE o_O
their body and head were white and showed nothing but that... I logged off thinking I did something wrong and tried reinstalling over again but the same thing happened!

do I install Feralheart first then patch? or is there something I'm missing? I need help with this! or I'm pretty much going to give up on updating feral heart...  >:(

If characters are white, the user is using a marking that you have to download to see it. There is nothing wrong with your FH or something else.

Yeah, white means a preset is on at the current time.

no its not i will get the link for you there and new better markings that fh have done but its hard to find them on the website i will find the link for you
