I just looked through the fhmaps file in terrains noticing there was nothing that said Pathway in it... Should had there been? I am not a computer master (sadly DX) so I am not sure if there should be something like that in there...

Well, if that was the problem, wouldn't you think it would be playing up before? But that could be the problem.
