have you done everything correctly if not maybe you should try again and if your typing fast type slower you might be getting your password wrong without knowing

As for your log in problam if you post in the "Help Section" of the Forum, someone should get back to you.

If the problam continues you may have to un-install the game then re-install it. You could try Right mouse clicking the FH logo and running the game as Administrator. Othwise make sure you haven't presed Caps Lock/Shift When typing your password as this would place Captial Letters in your login details.

Hey Ginga First of welcome to FeralHeart :D! As for your log in issue, when you first joined the forum you had to enter two names... like a username and your name I think ... so maybe you could be typing in the wrong name. If not just make a new account. Thats what I had to do the first time I came on here because for some reason my first account wasn't being reconized. Goodluck with that :) and well as Medic said if that doesnt work out try posting in the help forum. I hope when you do log on you have alot of fun and meet many new nice people. Take care !
