Create a application for one of the characters listed in the wanted characters section. Simba willl choose someone from one of the apps. If you dont want to be one of the characters wanted right now and would rrather have your own OC in the rp then you will have to wait im afriad, at least untill simba finshes the map and the website. Once he  completes them he will open up for people to apply their own OC's to join. hope that helps
